Purchase & Service of 2005 Cadillac SRX Went into dealership in May 2015 looking for a used car, any kind. We saw a Cadillac and inquired about price. We were presently driving a 2013 KIA Went into dealership in May 2015 looking for a used car, any kind. We saw a Cadillac and inquired about price. We were presently driving a 2013 KIA that was leased and due to be over the following year. Salesman Steven Salgado was very helpful and showed us the car and explained about it and pricing. We wound up taking a test drive and found it drove pretty good but had a hesitation to it. Steven told us that could be fixed. We purchased the 2005 Cadillac SRX under the condition that the car would be fixed to our satisfaction, and it was thanks to the service department manager Jay Golston and service advisor Kelly Stover. Tim England was very helpful in seeing that everything went smoothly. The sales manager Ian Riding made sure the car was in great shape when we picked it up. All in all, we are very happy with the automobile and the service provided. More
