salesperson and dealership I like my 2012 Honda CRV that I purchased. But, the salesman promised items that I did not receive. .Even after addressing simple item with manager wa I like my 2012 Honda CRV that I purchased. But, the salesman promised items that I did not receive. .Even after addressing simple item with manager was not accomplished. I had two other people with me that heard the same promises. I had to contact dealer three times to get information for my insurance company. They never responded to my messages needing lien holder name. This is my first Honda and experience with a Honda dealership next time will get all in writing and a signature. I did have excellent experience with Kelly in service department getting a part put on car. She was very professional and nice. More
