Talked with Alberto Maymo who seemed more interested in answering questions and addressing my vehicle concerns than trying to sell me a vehicle. I appreciated that. Once we made an equitable purchase arrangement, he spent lots of time making sure I understood how everything worked and all the features operated. This is the 5th vehicle from Coggins I have been involved in purchasing and this is the first time a sales professional has done more than just ask if I had any questions! He made sure I understood all the idiosyncrasies of the sound/phone system and even helped bond my phones with the system. Alberto took the time to explain in detail what the vehicle features are and how each operated so that when I left the following day on an extended business trip I did not ever need to refer to the owner's manual. Today, five weeks later, he made a follow up call after I returned to ensure I was happy with my purchase and had no concerns or questions. I expressed how very pleased I am with my new FIT, its operation and comfort, and the fact I am getting the same gas mileage that I got from my CRZ Hybrid. I would definitely recommend Coggins, and especially Alberto Maymo, to anyone in the area needing a new vehicle. They treat me well and make sure my needs are met with a high level of satisfaction. I bought a preowned 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealer, and spoke to Ricardo from the moment we got there and left, and every other time I came in again. The place is top-notch and well-kept, someone is waiting for you at the door all the time to help you out. We told him what we saw, what we were looking for, let me drive the car around and see how it drives, and worked super hard to get me a good deal. He helped get the car set up to take, made sure the tank was full, and every time after, we went straight to him for questions or other matters to deal with. He's extremely friendly and willing to work with you. A fantastic salesperson that deserves more. While I have a vehicle that was not manufactured by Honda, I can easily recommend this dealership on its workers alone. All are fantastic people, kind, friendly and ready to go when you are. He knows exactly what I want and I just call him and tell him Im ready for a new car. I have bought all my cars from him. I have sent him several customers also. They, too, bought a car. Customer Service is a priority at Coggin. I like that. The service department is great also. The people treat you like you are family. More
