I have had a response from the General Manage after repeated phone calls but Joe Alvarado responded first by phone and is dealing with faxing paperwork to the insurance company. More

never trust this dealership Some of you might think that my review is a scam but I am certifying that everything included in this passage is 100% true. So my story started 7 mont Some of you might think that my review is a scam but I am certifying that everything included in this passage is 100% true. So my story started 7 months ago, yes I am no kidding 7 months of struggle without getting my money back. I have bought a car with this dealership and I purchased an extended warranty with it which has 30 days cancellation without any fees. 3 weeks after, I went to this dealership to cancel my warranty, and the person i dealt with confirmed to me that I am all set, and the money will go back to my bank. It turn out after 2 months that he did not even bother to cancel this warranty. After unsuccessful attempts to reach this person which is by the way, finance manager, I have decided to speak with his manager named "Sanjay" who confirmed me that he will take care of the issue. Guess what, he actually cancelled the warranty but with the fees, and I was charged 150 Dollars fees. Again, i contacted Mr Sanjay who told me 2 months ago that he will personally process the refund of the penalty, and without any surprise, he did not do anything. I am not here to judge people, and I never intended to do so but the way my case was handled even after it was escalated to Mr Sanjay, general sales manager is unfortunately unacceptable. I never see a company ignoring a guest complaint especially when it is caused by an employee's mistake. I have sent several emails to Mr Sanjay, and I still have copy of those emails, and I also called him and left several voice mails, and he did not even bother to reply to me. I just don't understand how such things could happen with the consent of the highest management. I am deeply irritated and disappointed, and I lost trust in this dealership. They held their customer responsible for their mistakes and they make you waiting and waiting to get nothing at the end. From my understanding, one of the manager duties is to ensure that the employees are following the rules, and to correct any mistakes by taking the required actions toward the customer first. My request is to be refunded, and I am not concerned about something else. I urge everyone to think twice before putting your foot in this place. Be careful as the only thing they are interested is to sell you a vehicle. After that, you will struggle with them as unfortunately for them they do not have any culture of customer service satisfaction. As today, I did not receive my money back and as today, I am still waiting for an answer. More

I had my 18 month baby with me at the time and everyone was willing to wait while I tended to her or even help. They worked with me on my trade in and made me feel quite comfortable. Overall a great sales experience. I would gladly do more business with them as well as refer them. More

Costs for labor and items has been higher than 3rd party providers, but still competitive. Time to complete work has sometimes taken longer than initially estimated by the service representatives. The disconnect of some of the representatives maybe that they have little actual technical repair experience, but have experience as only service representatives. Overall, I would recommend buying a car from this dealership, and returning for occasional service issues. More
