Very informative My car felt like it was idling to high, so I took it in to the dealership and was greeted by a wonderful lady, sorry bout good with names. She took my car for a ride a told me it sounds great but that it needed oil change and tire rotation. She explained to me how often I should get one and all the maintenance that my car needs throughout the year. She put things nice and simple and made it easier for me to understand. She was GREAT. They serviced my car quickly and even washed my car for me. My sales guy even say me and came up to say hello and see how everything was going. I really do like this Honda dealership in Deland. The time finally came to visit the dealerships in-person. After a very disappointing and dishonest experience at the first dealership we visited, we called Douglas Maloney at Coggin Deland Honda and told him we were on our way. Greeted at the door by the nicest "greeter" in the world named Philip, I was impressed by the cleanliness and calm atmosphere inside. Meeting Douglas for the first time face-to-face, he made us feel very comfortable with his courteous and non-pressured "got-to-have-a-sale" approach. After negotiating awhile he was extremely patient and helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted with the best OTD price. My wife and I were very happy. He went above and beyond in assisting us, making sure everything was taken care of before we left the lot in our new vehicle. Great service. Great job, Douglas! More

Great Experience I had been on the search for a new Vehicle for a while due to I have a toddler and the two door car I had just did not have the space or comfortabili I had been on the search for a new Vehicle for a while due to I have a toddler and the two door car I had just did not have the space or comfortability I needed. After submitting a vehicle inquiry online Andrew Russo contacted me via email. I explained to him how undecided I was as to which vehicle would be best for me and my daughter. He was quick to offer his help without making me feel obligated to anything so I agreed to go into the dealership and meet with him. Upon arriving Andrew met me with a very reassuring smile, immediately I felt he genuinely wanted to help me find a car that would perfectly suit me. Little did he know just how picky I was going to be and every car he showed me I quickly turned down. However, Andrew was able to keep my optimism high and patiently continued to search for a car that id be happy with. His efforts and patience paid off and he was able to find me a car that met my needs, had the space I needed for my toddler and was the color I wanted. He then went above and beyond spoke with the persons needed to get me into the car payments that were also comfortable for me for the car I wanted. Andrew Russo was an excellent salesman. What I was most impressed with was that although I purchased a car that day, Andrew just didn't stop there. He later contacted me a couple days later to confirm that I was still happy with my purchase and to offer any further assistance present or future. Andrew was an excellent salesman and had exceptional customer service and people skills. I will most definitely contact Andrew again for any future purchases and I would highly recommend him to friends, family or anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Couldn't Have Ask For Better I went to Coggin Deland Honda to look for a vehicle. I hadn't been there more than three minutes until a salesman came out and then he waited a coupl I went to Coggin Deland Honda to look for a vehicle. I hadn't been there more than three minutes until a salesman came out and then he waited a couple minutes ; then approached me to ask if he could help me .... I told him what I was looking for, how much I could afford etc ... and he spent quite awhile trying to find what I needed .... Finally; as a last resort his boss suggest a Lincoln that they had .... I checked it out , took it for a test drive and really fell in love with it ... Now; we had to discuss finances and financing ... lol .... and we finally reached a very good agreement that I was satisfied with ... especially when they showed me an extended warranty that I really liked and the price was great .... So; I drove off today with my Lincoln and feeling that I had been treated very well and fairly .... I'd like to thank my salesman, Josh Adames and the rest of the staff at Coggin Deland Honda ..... I know I can be difficult to work with ; BUT you guys managed to do it ... YES: I highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle ... More
