There are still great Sales People in this world. I phoned in to Honda interested in purchasing a car. Steven Salgado answered the phone in a very upbeat and cheerful voice. His attitude was my first impression of the Dealership and right at that moment I knew that I would be doing business with him. He and I spoke for two days as he was busy answering my questions. Yes, I called back multiple times wanting more information. I went in fully prepared to purchase from Steven, however he was with another Customer when I got there and graciously introduced me to Andrew Russo, his fellow salesman. Steven explained that it is not in their practice to keep the Customers waiting and that Andrew would certainly be able to help me. Andrew also was very friendly and kept a warm smile on his face as he showed me around. I did make the purchase of a Honda Accord with Andrew. I do want Steven recognized because it was actually his personality that already had me sold even before I arrived at the Dealership. Andrew gets to be recognized as well because he took over and did a great job as well. I suggest that if you are in the market for a car, you go and check these gentlemen out. More
