Best dealership i have been in for 30yrs. This is the 10th new car i have purchased. The whole experience with the salesman was great. Tom is a young guy with great potential as a salesman. Knows his stuff. Got me the best deal. I had gone to Nissan and Kia in deland area. Would never go to Kia again. The Honda dealership didnt play games or have any hidden fees. They gave me a good trade on my car. I love my red Honda Fit. I have always been a chevy girl. Not anymore. I was referred to this dealership by a co worker of mine who had a positive experience. But with that said the finance guy Don needs some better people skills. He was aggressive and rude. Very pushy. Was not happy with me because he couldnt sell me any extra packages that i didnt want. He got an attitude and was rude to my friend that was with me. I almost walked out. i purchased the car on 03/15/14. Thanks Liz More

I just wanted to make a comment on the treatment I received as a customer at Coggin Honda in Deland. I have not purchased a new car in several years and to be honest the experience was not a good one received as a customer at Coggin Honda in Deland. I have not purchased a new car in several years and to be honest the experience was not a good one so it was with a little trepidation I went to Coggin at the suggestion of a friend. It was 35 minute drive from Orlando but turned out to be the smartest thing I did in a long time. The first day I arrived the Salesman Andrew Russo showed me a few vehicles. I told him I would nor be buying today and he was fine with that, only telling me about the vehicles with no pressure. I left the showroom which is an incredibly nice place and told him I would most likely return. Two days later I was surprised when the general sales manager, Ian Riding called me to ask about my visit. He again gave me no pressure just wanted to make sure I had a good visit. I told him I would be back Saturday. I went back and Andrew interested me to Ian. We shared a laugh and got down to business. It was business but not bad. I got more than I thought for my trade in and I guess my credit was better than I thought because I’m thrilled with my interest and monthly payment. I was also out of their in my new ride quicker than I thought. Thank you Ian and Andrew for making it easy! More

Had a broplem with our 2010 Honda Accord coupe. Had to have it owed to your dealership. I spoke with Miguel who I have delt with many times before for service. Thur this whole ordeal Miguel was polite professional and made us feel like family. This dearlership and its staff go out of their way to put your mind at ease. My fiancée and I had been recently looking for a used car that would fit both our budget and personal style. On our arrival, we met our sales consultant, Ken Belna, who was warm and friendly and helped make our experience a positive one right from the start. He was so patient as we took our many test drives, and were able to choose a car that was really perfect for us. Next, we met Joe Alvarado, who was just as nice and helpful, and ultimately helped us negotiate and close the deal, on our pre-owned Honda Accord. Our final introduction was with Wes Williams, the finance director who reviewed the details of our finance agreement, and was a real pleasure to work with. Overall, we are thrilled with our car and the outstanding treatment we received from the wonderful and professional staff at Coggin Honda. They really do go the extra mile for their customers and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car in the future. More

Awesome experience overall. Andrew is an extraordinary person. I was driving through the dealership back in.September and it was pouring rain Andrew walked all the way out to tell me that my hood was open person. My insurance agent recommended Barry Stadtler at Honda. I called Barry and made an appointment. He met me as I walked in the door with a very pleasant greeting. I had done my homework via the Internet and was quite sure I wanted a Civic. He walked me out on the lot, pointing out Civics available leaving out the colors I did not want. He explained the difference between and LX, EX and EX-L. I settled on the LX. At his desk he asked if I would like something to drink. I settled on water and he brought me a cold bottle with napkin. He knew I was trading a 2005 Honda Accord. When he returned with figures he could tell I was disappointed in the trade in value of my Accord EX. He said he would try to do better and he did. Everything went so smoothly. I had no idea when I walked in the door I would drive home with my 2013 Civic in my color of choice. He said to call if I had questions and I felt comfortable that he meant just that. It was the first time for me to buy a car and Barry made it a great experience. More
