Having previosly owned 4 Honda's, we were set on getting a CRV for my parents who in their mid-80's and rarely drive. I sought out Robert Velazquez as I had dealt with him one year ago when we could getting a CRV for my parents who in their mid-80's and rarely drive. I sought out Robert Velazquez as I had dealt with him one year ago when we couldn't agree on the trade value of our vehicle. Robert was and is a true gentleman and dedicated the time my parents needed to choose the right CRV for our needs. He and I actually had fun "nerding" over the trade in value along with the bottom line for the price of the CRV. After I dealt with the Finance Director, Mr. Sanjay Hironi (great guy also) My wife, Robert and I delivered the CRV to my parents home in Deland where the cash deal was completed. While it's a fact Honda cars sell themselves, Robert Velazquez really made the experience most pleasant and enjoyable. As far as the extended warranty offered, I'm reluctant to purchase any extended warranty with a 3rd party and it would/should be carried out up to 10 years/100,000 miles. Therefore I declined the option. Nonetheless, I stand by the Coggin Deland dealership and would be delighted to be an auto buying reference for Robert Velazquez due to his awesome maturity, integrity and inter-personal skills. Came to Coggin Deland Honda after looking for new and used cars in Lake Mary, Florida. Went to Carmax, Courtesy Honda and Courtesy Ford. I went back to Courtesy Honda to test drive the Accord and Civic and felt that the Sales Associate really didn't want to work a transaction with me. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and just felt like they didn't want my business. I decided to drive around and look for a different Dealership maybe closer to my home. I drove to Coggin Deland Honda with my wife and met Chuck. From our initial introduction he presented himself in a professional manner that both my wife and I appreciated. He had very good knowledge of the vehicles he was presenting and made an effort to hear me talk about what I was looking for. My son had a soccer game and we had to leave or we may have worked out something the first day. I came back the following day and Chuck was as pleasent as the first meeting.
