I had two bad experiences with this dealer. This is I had two bad experiences with this dealer. This is the horrible place ever i went in my life. Champ and Joe Alvarado these two sales assistants ju I had two bad experiences with this dealer. This is the horrible place ever i went in my life. Champ and Joe Alvarado these two sales assistants just pulled me in to the dealer store by quoting price on phone and once i am there Champ was twisting the figures and made almost 3K difference with the phone price. When i ask him why you doing this - His answer is I am not a manager to take the decisions on phone. When i went to the manager - He is saying that i didnt give you the quote , Champ gave you the quote and i am not responsible for this. Same thing Champ Harsha Edirishine played the same trick and wasted my time and money. Cons 1. Always try to push the customer to buy the vechicle 2. No coordination between sales persona and manager 3. False information in calls by Champ and Joe 4. Mis - Behaviour with customers. 5. Sense less discussions. - Mr. Champ was quotioning me that cant you afford 3 dollars per day( As if he is earning for me) . He is trying to compare my salary and his salary and trying to make just fun out of it 6.Last but not least - Jhey just waste your time. I strongly recommend not to waste your time by going there. Be aware that never belive their words in calls just ask for the Email confirmation. They just lie in phone and try to bulf you to come there and push to buy a vecicle - The worst part of my two visits is when i had the same experiece second time, i went to the manager and told him the situation and Manager anweer was - Champ was already fired so i dont have any connections with Champ. SO beware of this dealer ship - Please dont go. Thanks More

Came into Coggin Honda not expecting to purchase a vehicle but left with one anyways. I was approached by Jeff who was awesome. Didn't put any pressure on me or try and convince me to go a certain way vehicle but left with one anyways. I was approached by Jeff who was awesome. We went out to look at one of the cars we pulled up online and he told me a little bit about it. We went out for a test drive and I loved the car. Jeff was cool the whole time, it was almost like dealing with a friend. There was a little confusion towards the end of the sale which ended in higher monthly payments than i would have liked and was told i was going to get. Overall though a good experience and i would definitely recommend the dealership to a friend. More

When I approached the two salesmen outside of the dealership I asked fo see an Acura; I forgot it has its own dealership. He could answer my questions with answers reflecting his knowledge of the car. He was very polite and not once did he try to push me into a sale. He was diligent in getting me the best deal available and to my satisfaction. When I returned the next day for a tutorial he was very patient with my questions. Andrew never made me feel stupid for the numerous inquires I had. When he did not have a response, he sought out someone who did. I would tell anyone looking for a new Honda to request Andrew Russo. My husband and I came into the dealership for a repair to our 2004 CRV. We were waiting for a car rental because we would have to leave the car overnight.
