Dealer was able to get my vehicle fixed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was unavailable for 9 days as they had to wait several days for parts and they had no loaner vehicles. They do have a shuttle, which makes it better, but is still inconvenient. The whole week I had to depend on rides from friends and family members. In addition, when I booked my appointment online, there was a notice that said "10% off any service -- happy hour." No fine print. So I thought it was legit. This is what lured me in to the dealership, but I was told that there is a caveat - - 10% off services up to $100. This was deceptive at best, since there was no fine print on website when I booked my order. When I got my vehicle back, I was told that the mechanic attempted to reinstall one of the accessories in my vehicle and the bolt broke off. I received no compensation for the broken bolt. Despite all this, my service advisor was very kind and I think he is pleasant to deal with. More

I brought my Honda to be serviced. I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Seth. Seth was courteous & very professional as well as knowledgeable. Seth answered all I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Seth. Seth was courteous & very professional as well as knowledgeable. Seth answered all my concerns & made my experience with Honda pleasant. One of my concerns was that I was pressured for time, Seth guaranteed me that he will make sure that the service will not take no longer than one hour. The car was serviced in less than an hour. Overall I was very satisfied with the service, and Seth is an exceptional young man and appears to take great pride in performing his duties for Coggin Deland Honda. Thank you again Seth, great job!
