"Great Customer Service"

I took my car for regular maintenance and while I had a little trouble with the repair, Ed Stockel, the general manager, took care of me immediately without hesitation. That's what I call excellent customer service.

My service advisor, Kelly Stover, was polite, very knowledgeable about my vehicle, attentive and just a pleasure to work with. Waiting area at this dealership is very comfortable. My vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and I definitely will return when service next due.

Lee Chrestman in the Service Dept is incredible. Never have to worry about anything when it is in Lee's hands. My mind blanks ( I apologize completely) on the Awesome mechanic's name that is so wonderful with the accessible mechanics of our van, but he is also, like Lee --- a true God send! With out these two guys our life in the world of travel with our Honda Odyessy would be very scary for me as a woman to take to a dealer. I can go to Lee, hand him the keys and know the right job, at a reasonable price will be done, with my permission and only as needed! No issues!! Ahh, take a relaxation break!

"Amazing, honest, expediant"

I came to this dealership after being told by another dealership( where I purchased my car) told me the recalled part for my passenger side airbag wouldn't be available till the end of summer. I called Honda American and they told me parts for my vehicle were available, just check other dealers. I called Coggin. They not only returned my call promptly, but told me they could order the part and it would be available in 24-48 hours! They called me within a day to set up an appointment to have the airbag replaced! When i brought it in they were kind, professional, and helpful! Dallas saw that my SRS light wasn't functioning properly and ordered a new belt to fix it! The other dealership wanted $50 to " diagnos" the problem! I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't hounded to have other services done! In conclusion, when I am ready to buy my next Honda I will purchase it from Coggins!
