I made an appointment for 0800. They took my vehicle at exactly that time and had it finished in little over an hour while I waited. Very happy with the timeliness and how courteously I was treated. You were out of coffee in the waiting area.

"Service poor and after market product overpriced. "

Oil change and tire rotation promised in 1 and 1/2 hours, one hour longer and neglected to mount front license plate holder or wash the car. This is consistent with the failure of dealer to resolve an issue I have with an after market product sold by the finance person. Sales dept had previously surprised me with the dealer prep fee, after our signing an agreement on the final price out the door.

"Horrible experience!"

Truck was left for 2 days for oil change and fluids change. Truck was driven over 70 miles using almost quarter tank of fuel for this service and was smoked in. Charges were over $900 for complete misuse of my vehicle. Have contacted manager to express my concerns but had been 24 hours and still no explanation. Will NEVER use COGGIN Ford again!
