I needed a car and am in the military. I was staying at a hotel because my other car was being repaire. Nelson was kind enough to pick me up and take me to the car lot. My son has an older model honda civic and he was doing some work on his car. We decided to buy all new manufacture pieces for the car. Here is what I have to say about mr negron, he has a bad attitude, maybe tired of working for honda and rude at the same time. He gave my son 25% of service, was not listenning to his concerns and was quick in rushing him out to go to an Acura dealership. Totally aweful. I spoke to Gerry the general manager and told him about my experince at his dealership. Being that it was my first time there, I should have gone home with a great impression of the dealership.; I hope to go back and buy a new car, maybe for my son, after her graduates in March, but he has given me secound thoughts. I've never met a more degrading human being. He treats people, especially women like they are ignorant. He has no tolerance for others' thoughts and thinks he's faultless. What a pompous fool he is. This man is not fit to be the manager he is. But, that seems to be the way all the people are in this dealership. My car purchase was not what I would call pleasant either. They claim customer service is top priority but not if a dollar is at stake. Beware! Stay away from this dealership. More

Robert (Finance Director) was equally nice & a pleasure to deal with. He thoroughly explained and walked us through every step of the leasing process, gave us a great advice and I'm glad he talked me into having the exterior & interior treated for protection. He offered us a great deal on this add-on protection, so we gladly took it. To make things even better, when I came in the next day with our down payment, he told me he discovered a system error with our monthly payment after we left on Saturday, which lowered our monthly payment by approx $4.00. That was so nice & honest of him...we were thrilled! Everyone at the dealership could not have been friendlier or more courteous to us. We got a very fair price for our trade in, great deal on our new Fit and it was a quick and low pressure experience. There was not the endless waiting and back and forth games you get from many dealers. We felt really happy with our deal, the service and the finance manager, Tam Pham. Tam was so great to work with. When we got to his office to finalize the deal, everything was exactly as we expected and could not have gone easier. Nelson & Tam are both definite assets to the dealership and Honda.
