One problem with tech: when I left the tire pressures were: 34-34-34-32 (should all be 35)...since I noticed this after leaving, I went back to have the tire pressure corrected. They got it to 37-36-36-36....how hard can it be to set the tire pressure to 35 on all 4 tires? I didn't even want to try a 3rd time to get it right! Just drove off and did it myself when I got home....got all tires to 35-35-35-35! We consumers really do notice the "small" stuff! Ruins the overall professional experience Nissan Atlantic provided! Laurie Beck is a Great Service Adviser! But....Techs need to sharpen it up! (please....we do notice everything) More

They will attempt to listen. But calling in. They're awful and do not care. More

Nelly was very knowledgeable and very patient with us while we decided on which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We have bought many cars in our lifetime and always dread going into the finance office. This time was the exception. A gentleman named Chris came out to meet us and explained what the process was and promised he would get us in the office within 15 minutes. (I've heard this before). 12 minutes later we were in his office completing our paperwork. He made a few recommendations and we were done in about 25 minutes. That is the quickest we ever got out of a dealership. It is obvious Nelly and Chris have done this for a while. I would highly suggest stopping in to see them if you are in the market for a. vehicle. And they gave me more for my trade than I thought possible, even though I bought a $20k car they wouldn't even fill up the gas tank seeing as the gas light was on after a test drive. Pretty much dropped all my money trying to make a deal. Telling them this would leave me in a bind they didn't care More
Pushy Service Department I have taken my car to their service department for every oil change since I've purchased the car. Every time I ask for an oil change and tire rotatio I have taken my car to their service department for every oil change since I've purchased the car. Every time I ask for an oil change and tire rotation and I tell them "that is all and nothing more". And yet the service advisor come back suggesting that I purchase other services. When I refuse the offer he makes comments like, "we'll when it goes bad don't get upset with us", or "just remember, we warned you". This makes me feel very uncomfortable and I can't help but wonder if they actually do something to the car. I take my car there for services because I purchased it there. I'm really considering taking my car to other places for those services. If this continues, I am positive that I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Coggin Nissan again. More
