He was so friendly on the phone, we set up a time for me to I contacted Coggin Nissan on line and right away I received a call back from Lionel Mann. He was so friendly on the phone, we set up a time for me to come in and he emailed all the details on the car I was interested in. I had been to a few dealerships prior to going to Coggin Nissan and while there was nothing wrong with the sales people there, I just really felt that Lionel was so much better. He's very upfront and honest, I felt very at ease with him. He made the whole process simple. Gary Conger handled all the Finance stuff and he was great! He explained every detail and the warranty and options I could also purchase... I got the full exterior and interior warranty, which is great since I have kids. And he made it all affordable. I purchased a Nissan Rogue and I love it!! All in all, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

Terrible Every time I have left this dealer I have felt ripped off and stepped on. I brought my 370z in to have new tires mounted and balanced, that I brought Every time I have left this dealer I have felt ripped off and stepped on. I brought my 370z in to have new tires mounted and balanced, that I brought in with me. After having the tires mounted, I realized a few weeks later that they had mounted one of my rear tires BACKWARDS. Mind you, the Z's tires don't rotate so making sure you are having even tire wear is a must. Took it in again a few weeks later to have warranty work done on the fuel sensor. Got it back and the car smelled like sweat, grease, and pure gasoline. They had to drain the fuel tank which I understand, but I have had this kind of work done before at a different dealer and the vehicle never smelled this awful. It took weeks for the smell to go away. I will NEVER go back. More
