Made buying a car so easy! I contacted Coggin Nissan on line and right away I received a call back from Lionel Mann. He was so friendly on the phone, we set up a time for me to I contacted Coggin Nissan on line and right away I received a call back from Lionel Mann. He was so friendly on the phone, we set up a time for me to come in and he emailed all the details on the car I was interested in. I had been to a few dealerships prior to going to Coggin Nissan and while there was nothing wrong with the sales people there, I just really felt that Lionel was so much better. He's very upfront and honest, I felt very at ease with him. He made the whole process simple. Gary Conger handled all the Finance stuff and he was great! He explained every detail and the warranty and options I could also purchase... I got the full exterior and interior warranty, which is great since I have kids. And he made it all affordable. I purchased a Nissan Rogue and I love it!! All in all, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

Terrible Every time I have left this dealer I have felt ripped off and stepped on. I brought my 370z in to have new tires mounted and balanced, that I brought Every time I have left this dealer I have felt ripped off and stepped on. I brought my 370z in to have new tires mounted and balanced, that I brought in with me. After having the tires mounted, I realized a few weeks later that they had mounted one of my rear tires BACKWARDS. Mind you, the Z's tires don't rotate so making sure you are having even tire wear is a must. Took it in again a few weeks later to have warranty work done on the fuel sensor. Got it back and the car smelled like sweat, grease, and pure gasoline. They had to drain the fuel tank which I understand, but I have had this kind of work done before at a different dealer and the vehicle never smelled this awful. It took weeks for the smell to go away. I will NEVER go back. More

He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, poli Buying a new Murano for my wife was effortless, pain free, and just a great experience thanks to Daniil Ushenko!!! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, fun, and just made buying a car easy! To start off, we had a leased car that we needed to trade in...all he said when he heard that we had a lease to trade-"no problem. consider it done". When we went out for a test drive, he explained all the in's and out's of the car. Any question my wife or I had-he knew the answer to. When the time came to figure out some numbers, there wasn't any running back and forth to the manager trying to make the numbers work, and trying to push pennies. He came with two prices-the original price, and then the price that we wanted and asked for...no questions asked. he told us exactly how much, what was going to cost and how he got the payment that wanted, and throughout the entire experience, my wife and I were totally relaxed, and actually enjoyed spending time there with Daniil. With the amount of effort and knowledge that Daniil showed my wife and I, I wouldn't be surprised if he was promoted to a managerial position within the near future, which I honestly think is something that Coggin should look into. If there were more employees like Daniil Ushenko working in the management department, then buying cars would be much easier experience as a whole, and we as customers would only benefit from it! More

Will Cooper is AMAZING I walked in to Coggin Nissan with a printout of a used vehicle that I was interested in and little hope that it would actually be the car I would buy. I walked in to Coggin Nissan with a printout of a used vehicle that I was interested in and little hope that it would actually be the car I would buy. I had been looking for DAYS with no success. Will greated me with a friendly smile and a willingness to help me right away! He was very friendly and professional. I bought the car within an hour and I absolutely LOVE IT!
