When I arrived Josh A. the internet sales manager gave me outstanding customer service in such a friendly environment second to none. This was my first time buying a brand new car. It wasn't a long drawned out wait everything was smooth. My last sit down was with Bryan Gering who gave me a tremendous deal. The ‘buying experience’ began by your team adding 13% to the “advertised” price of the vehicle for “dealer added options”. Although the ‘added options’ were not listed anywhere, I was assured that they wer the “advertised” price of the vehicle for “dealer added options”. Although the ‘added options’ were not listed anywhere, I was assured that they were added (whatever they were). When I declined to proceed with the sale, the sales manager ‘split’ the cost. As near as I can determine, I paid $829 for floor mats, window tint and wheel covers (and, of course, the dealer’s decal on the rear of the car). I had to add “as near as I can determine” because the sales agreement does not list any dealer added options/price, but increases the cash price of the vehicle by $829.00. The unexpected additional cost did not justify walking away, it was still a decent car at a decent price, but it was not a positive buying experience for that reason. Having driven my new car for four days, I noticed two items that should have been noticed and repaired before I left the dealership since the purchase agreement includes a $599.00 ‘service fee’ for “…inspecting, cleaning and adjusting…”. • The rear view mirror control on the passenger side does not work properly. The mirror cannot be adjusted to provide a rear view. I would have expected such a safety related item to be among the bare minimum of items inspected and corrected. • The top of the gear shift cover is coming apart- the stitching in unraveling. This is not a safety concern but should have been noticed and fixed prior to delivery. More
Mr. Clark went Above and Beyond when we purchased a 2008 Jeep. Had minor problem with auto the first day. This Proves the Integrity of Coggin ( Mr. Clark), even Compassion for our situation ( Compassion is Unheard of at ANY Dealership) and I am very Appreciative for the way Mr. Clark took care of our needs. He was Kind and understanding, not something you see everyday( Or Any Day) at a Dealership, much less on a Used Auto. We will send family and friends to Coggin Nissan in the future. The only complaint I have is a "lack" of communication with the Service Dept. Asking for an Update went unanswered after 4 or 5 calls , we then became frustrated and said, we would ask Mr. Clark, we sensed a little attitude, but received the Update we were asking for . We also feel like we received a Great Deal on our 2008 Jeep ! Brian , the Finance Manager also went Above and Beyond for us, a Very Pleasant Gentleman. I have been. Nissan customer since 2006 from Ga. I moved here to Florida and I have experienced the worst customer service from Nissan especially recently from Coggin Nissan after pleading with my husband t here to Florida and I have experienced the worst customer service from Nissan especially recently from Coggin Nissan after pleading with my husband to visit them I regret it the experience of purchasing a vehicle with them was exhausting, the worst customer service in my life. We have never felt so punked in our life. We originally came in to do a trade in ended up with a preowned car they chose. I was never given but 1 choice which was 2009. I mention 3 other cars but sales person only brought this one and papers. We had several people come in all saying different things. They were all working to get the sale whatever means necessary. When we kept bringing up the offers given it was denied. They made promises and some were not fulfill. We felt nipped. Went back to pick up the keys they didn't have when we purchased (2nd) set and explain how unhappy I was with the car. The manager claimed to be doing me a service by adding a navigation to my car to makeup for our dissatisfaction stating they had to eat 1500.00 well what about the customer who just financed aover 20,000 and they thought a navie was going to make it right. The car wasn't clean, rugs looked used. On top if that they kept our car for 7 days to install a navigation and service the car which never happened and still the key wasn't ready. The service guy Lee was the worst customer service guy ever everything was a No. Send he had the audacity to tell us he couldn't give us our keys after much deliberating we would get them but was told we had to come back a 3 rd time due to his tech were too busy and had cars up it would be awhile. What about our car has already been in your shop for 7 days does that mean anything and your saying to wait more. We are of no value once we dinged that dotted line. Nobody seem to care. We were passed around and lied to so much, we were treated like gum on the bottom of a shoe. Very disappointed with the sale, car and the service. Will Never go back to Coggins Nissan and was originally suppose to go to Auto nAtion. Why didn't I follow my first mind. This was the worst car buying experience ever and now Im stuck with a purchase I'm unhappy with all dud to poor sales. More
Came in for regular maintenance, needed new tires & alignment also. I discovered weird noise after the visit, I came back in, was provided rental car by Nissan so they could figure out issue & was fixe alignment also. Nissan honored my extended warranty and Jessica worked tirelessly to make sure my car was fixed properly. I will contact her directly from now on. She has a great, helpful attitude and was interested in making sure I was satisfied with the service. In addition, Jeremy was also very helpful!!!!!! More
I came to Coggin Nissan just to look at cars.I had been out looking at cars most of the day with my mother and decided to stop.Upon walking the parking lot i was approached by Julian Buzi.I told him i was out looking at cars most of the day with my mother and decided to stop.Upon walking the parking lot i was approached by Julian Buzi.I told him i was looking for a good reliable used car.Upon looking i saw the Malibu and we took it for a test drive.I liked the vehicle and we went inside to see about getting approved.Julian came back and said i was approved but had to get my mother to co-sign.We did and got the numbers done and finished the deal.Julian was very professional and very friendly.I got a really good feeling about him and felt he was treating us as though he would a family member.We ended up getting a better deal than the first after the finance man called and said we could get a better deal with lower payments.I am forever grateful and just by how we were treated by Julian you have a customer for life.Thank you so much Julian.----Victor Johnson. Before I came to the dealership I had researched online and was looking at two types of cars that interested me . Will showed me several of these cars. I was looking at the JUKE and the ROGUE. I also had a trade-in with my old car and was introduced to Anton Tusha. He was very friendly and gave me a decent deal with my trade. I wound up buying a ROGUE. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and wound up having to wait a good while to talk with the finance person named, Jaime Pantling. Will and Anton told me there were only two finance people on this Sunday afternoon and this is why it was taking awhile to finish the paperwork with the finance manager. They were very friendly and tried to keep me entertained during my wait. Jaime was very friendly and helpful during the paperwork process. He was very knowledgeable, and most of all, he was not pushy. Will was not a pushy salesman either. I have bought several cars in my lifetime, and I can truthfully say, this was the easiest car buying experience I have had. Also, the main reason I came to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic Boulevard was because my credit union was advertising a sale there. I was so excited to receive a three-year free maintenance plan on my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car, new or used, to go to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic Boulevard! More
I worked with Nelly, Josh, and Jamie to purchase my new Nissan Murano, which I love!!! I did some research prior to selecting the Murano, but you're never really sure if your buying the right car. But, while walking through the dealership talking with various staff, it seemed everyone owned or had owned one and sometimes two Muranos, so that made it easy. Making it even easier was the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Coggin Nissan. Nelly is so patient and friendly, as are all of the staff I worked with. Perhaps most importantly, all of the staff seem sincere and honest. That's not always the feeling you get when trying to buy a car. At Coggin, I felt like Nelly, Josh, and Jamie were not trying to sell me a car; they were helping me buy one. So, yes, I would definitely recommend Coggin, Nelly, Josh, Jamie, and the rest of the gang there. Thank you for your help! More
