He did not pressure me into anything and let me make my own decisions. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I'm pleased to say that out of the 5 vehicles I have ever purchased, purchasing this vehicle at this dealership with Chris was the easiest and best purchase I have ever made! More

Gabriel is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the complex 2012 Altima. He made time for us after the sale to help set up the Home Link keys (which are great). I was prepared to pay extra fo about the complex 2012 Altima. He made time for us after the sale to help set up the Home Link keys (which are great). I was prepared to pay extra for window tinting, but Gabriel said "no charge." The Altima that we bought had a couple of options that we were not going to get, such as nitrogen in the tires, and these were subtracted from the price I paid. More

Last December I returned from Iraq after a year deployed with the 3rd Infantry Division and where I returned to Ft. Stewart, GA. I went down to Jacksonville, FL because I heard they had better prices on ve with the 3rd Infantry Division and where I returned to Ft. Stewart, GA. I went down to Jacksonville, FL because I heard they had better prices on vehicles since I was in the business of finding a new vehicle. I found a 2011 Titan that was my speed in price and luxury and everything was fine until we began the financing. James Patrick (JP) was the snake in the grass that all car dealerships have the stigma of having. He talked very fast and almost tried rushing my wife and I out of his office with the new truck before we even sat down. He lied to me about how much Capital One Auto Finance was willing to charge interest on the vehicle, he lied to me about not being able to register a new vehicle in the state of MD (because of "emissions issues" (my state of residence all the while in the military) forcing me to purchase GA tags (since being stationed in the state I was allowed to do so). The thing that takes the cake was the fact that for two weeks I was driving on a temporary FL tag before I was notified about the MD registration "problem" and that there would be a new contract sent over night to me to re-sign with GA plates/tags instead. I took it upon myself to drive down to Jacksonville, FL while on leave for two weeks to figure this all out. I showed up and spoke with JP. He wanted me to sign a brand new agreement because he claimed that Capital One would not finance me at the interest rate on the agreement. JP lied to my face and I do not understand why. He told me that with the warranty plan included, that Capital One would not finance me even though the paperwork was completed. I told him i refused to re-sign anything and left after being told my truck could not be registered in the state of MD and I was forced to sign paperwork agreeing to GA tags/title. I will get back to JP in a second. Now to the truck: it has already had two issues. A/c actuator motor was recalled and the oil filter that originally came on the truck (before my 1st oil change) was screwed down incorrectly, stripping the filter and gasket. At my first warranty covered servicing, the dealership in MD actually had to remove the piece the oil filter screws on to from my truck and replace it with a new one from a truck in their inventory. By the grace of God I was not left stranded when driving the truck to MD after separating from the Army in GA. So back to James Patrick's lies: after having my vehicle inspected in MD to register it for the second time, finally in my actual state of residence, the only thing that would have hindered the tag/registration with MD was the darkness of front window tint. JP has made my life difficult since day one of this vehicle and Robert, the manager has not returned my phone calls to the dealership. I had to pay out of my pocket to have the tint removed that came stock from the dealership's inventory at another Nissan dealership, and now come to find out, MD taxes 6% of what is left on the lien of the vehicle forcing me to come up with over $1k out of pocket to register a brand new vehicle in the state I am a resident. This should have been taken care of from the get go and should not even have been an issue. I will never return to this dealership and every person I know will certainly know this treatment of veterans and military personnel. I have friends in Jacksonville, FL and I have already began spreading the word of how this place operates. I have done everything in my power besides a lawsuit to remedy every "problem" that arose while dealing with JP but it seems they are conniving, manipulating, and untrustworthy enough to make these very same "problems" up on a whim. Never again. This is a poor representation of Nissan and if the spirit moves me paperwork may begin rolling since I know an attorney in Jacksonville. Nothing I have asked for like an explanation could be answered without more lies spewing out of every single person at the dealership. Disgusting. More
