I have now had a Nissan for 15 years. I traded my 1995 Nissan 200SX (which I also bought at Coggin Nissan on Atlantic) for my 2008 Sentra. I have been very satisfied with the overall purchasing experience Nissan 200SX (which I also bought at Coggin Nissan on Atlantic) for my 2008 Sentra. I have been very satisfied with the overall purchasing experience with Richard Wright and each time I have come in to have my Sentra serviced. My recent experience with Susan Kay was also great. Mr. Wright was kind, concerned, and helpful..he was humorous..we had bought a 2011 Nissan in st. augustine..nothing noteworthy in that dealership..the car was stock, no luxuries..no auto door locks etc humorous..we had bought a 2011 Nissan in st. augustine..nothing noteworthy in that dealership..the car was stock, no luxuries..no auto door locks etc..we did not realize what an inconvenience that would be. my husband is on oxygen, has to carry a tank on his back. Being the only door key opener was on the drivers side, I had to stand outside and wait for my husband to unlock his door and stretch over to open mine..with his back pack this was very strenous for him..we we decided to trade up..while we were filling out papers in another persons office, Richard came and put the keys to the new car on the desk. my husband took the keys and put them in his pocket..Richard came back in and said "I DID give you the keys, right?"..NO said my husband..Richard had the whole lobby team looking for the keys and was about to call Pop a lock when he came to check with my husband one more time..my husband showed him the keys..Husband said "you asked me did you HAND me the keys..no, you hadnt!"..It seems Richard is a practical joker at this job, and the fellow workers got a kick out of Richard getting a joke played on him..We also have to carry around 8 or more cylinders of oxygen and a carrier in the car, and Richard did all the transfering to our new vehicle. Very helpful..and I hope he gets that trip at the end of the year..and maybe he'll ask me to go!!! More

It was by far the easiest most comfortable experience we had with a dealership. Very straight forward, honest, and professional. I would defenitely refer friends and family to them. Nellie, the sales lady, welcomed us, made us comfortable, listened to what we wanted, and helped us choose the PERFECT automobile. In fact she was so professional and caring, I would send close family membe listened to what we wanted, and helped us choose the PERFECT automobile. In fact she was so professional and caring, I would send close family members to her because I know she would do the right thing. It was a "no haggle" deal. Yohan did the financing part, and got us the best rate going -even with, because of the economy and real estate situation, our dinged credit. Great - give them an 11 out of 10 !!! Tom More

My salesperson was very attentive. She asked me why I wanted to trade my Sentra that I had only a year & a half. I gave her all my reasons. She asked me which ones were most important to me. I was so pleased with Coggin Nissan and the great service I received. Everything was excellant!!! Nelly did a wonderfully good job reaching out to me, making me feel comfortable, not pressuring me and telli I received. Everything was excellant!!! Thanks to the Captial One program, I was able to purchase a brand new 2011 Nissan Pathfinder for the first time in my life and Nissan made it a extra special experience. I loved the follow-up the next day to schedule my first service visit and also the "Owe Me" item was placed on within the first week. I had an experience that so pleasant!!! Finally, the dearlership service shuttle drive Joyce Clark was awesome as well. She made me laugh, cry and enjoy the experience as well.. Great Job Nissan and staff, I will be back!!! Dealing with coggin nissan on atlantic has to be one the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman was James Denfield and he was a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured at all when I advised him what kind of vechile I was looking for and I had alot of questions even before stepping foot in the dealership. He made me feel confident that I would get a good deal and that he would do whatever it takes to make sure I was a very satisfied customer.
