As a woman, buying a car can be a little intimidating when doing it on your own. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for when I stepped on the lot. The sales associate, Henry, was very concerned with my needs and what I needed as practical. I never at anytime felt pressured which I think is a fear most woman walk on the lot with. After negotiating to a unrefuseable price and great deal I was ready to drive of the lot in my new car! Completely confident in my purchase and price. It has now been 2 months. I love the vehicle even more and feel I couldn't have made a better choice as far as dealerships and vechicle type. I have also been back to the dealership because I left something in my trade in vehicle as well as having to pickup my tag transfer.. And the employees were just as happy the first, second and third time. Wonderful atmoshpere! I've already recommended them to some of my acquaintances. More
Eric gave great customer service, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were very satisfied with our buy. He even scheduled me to come back for my car to get detailed because it was so late whe beyond to make sure that we were very satisfied with our buy. He made sure that everything I asked for was in my vehicle and if not made sure that it was included in the deal. It was such a pleasure to have someone who cared about the outcome for his customers. I have owned several Nissans and every time that vehicle was due for service I have always dealt with Stacey. Stacey has always been very courteous and helpful. Richard my sales man was great. He helped me out along with another gentleman and I cannot remember his name.... They helped me get out of my gas guzzler ford expedition and into a Nissan Altima which I l with another gentleman and I cannot remember his name.... Stacy Lures has helped me and my family for years at the service department. She has always been very nice and concerned about making sure my car problems are done correctly and timely.Now we have a new nis service department. She has always been very nice and concerned about making sure my car problems are done correctly and timely.Now we have a new nisssn we bought from a person on craigs list,she has jumped right in and made sure everything was working right and when we found out one headset was broken she helped us order a new set.I have transfered the warranty over(which she helped us with)and I WILL ONLY take my new and old nissian to her for service.She is a very good service minded person and I hope she never leaves the service dept,but if she does I WANT the person she trains,because I know she will teach them good.I WILL recomed all my family and friends to Stacy Lures at Coggin nissan. Richard gave me a call to remind me of my lease termination coming up and thought I might be interested in some of their specials. I showed up at the dealership on a Friday evening at 5pm and was out the door by 7:30pm with a terrific vehicle at a very reasonable price. Could not have been happier with his service. Each and every time I visit, I am treated like family, and they try to get me the best deals, and tell me exactly what I need to have done to my car. I also send my parents with their brand new Infinitis to Ms. Stacey. I will continue my business with this dealership, as long as they continue to provide such knowledgeable, and caring Service Specialists such as Ms. Stacey.
