Compared to the other sales representatives, Richard was genuine, friendly, and outgoing. This definitely played a role in my purchasing decision. The next day I decided I would purchase one of the vehicles Richard had shown me. He continued to provide exceptional service the entire time I was at the dealership. He even helped me return my rental car in a torrential downpoar, making sure I didn't experience any more of the elements than necessary. The day after purchase I need a Notary for paperwork I'd have to provide my bank. Although his dealership did not have one, he knew there was one available at Coggin Honda in their finance department. I met him at the Nissan dealership and he drove me to the Honda dealership so I could complete my paperwork.
