Easy to schedule an Appointment, and they don’t try to bombard you with service that is not needed. The service technician listed on my bill that he changed the cabin air filter and he charged Toyota for bombard you with service that is not needed. When I got home, I checked and the old filter was still installed but he charged me anyways. I spoke with Johnathan, service manager, he thought it was an isolated incident but it seemed to be too much when he added it to the bill and he charged Toyota. More

The service is good but getting more expensive and taking longer to complete. Also this time I had to remove the old oil change mileage sticker myself. If synthetic oil lasts 10k miles why does the new stick longer to complete. Also this time I had to remove the old oil change mileage sticker myself. If synthetic oil lasts 10k miles why does the new sticker say 5k from now? Why doesn’t the receipt say synthetic instead of some non-customer code? More
