I had a scheduled appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a rattle noise coming from the console lid,so they took it for a test drive, but couldn't detect a noise.I was not too happy about th rotation. Future Reference- Don't argue with the customer or push them away when a customer has a scheduled oil change apt, and there at 5500 miles from there last oil change, they want an oil change at 5500 miles. That's why we brought it in. Not 10K miles as you are suggesting. Now I will unfortunately schedule another oil change and waste another morning getting it done some where else. More

Esmond was great getting the vehicle that we wanted however the dealership hid costs that were supposed to be removed. The phone call from the finance department was unprofessional and he was rude and however the dealership hid costs that were supposed to be removed.
