Purchased 2021 Toyota Avalon from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. Toyota provides Toyota Care for new vehicles but Coggin provided a window sticker that states for you to return your car at 5.k miles or 6 Avenues. Toyota provides Toyota Care for new vehicles but Coggin provided a window sticker that states for you to return your car at 5.k miles or 6 months for oil change. Ironically we hit both this month so 2 weeks ago scheduled appointment online to take care of this service. Website also noted complementary tire rotation and recall check. Wife showed up this morning 15 minutes before scheduled appointment to be told Coggin only does free oil change at 10.k miles and would not do that today. Then she was told if she wanted to wait an hour and half, she could get her tires rotated. So appointment was waste of everyone’s time and the sticker that Coggin applies to their new cars is bogus as well. You can guarantee that this will be the last purchase we or anyone in our family makes from Coggin. Toyota should take note that this is the type dealerships they have representing their name and product. Especially in the current climate where vehicles are hard to find due to supply chain shortages. More

Ron is an excellent Service Advisor. Just one thing- You have a captive audience of at least 40 people in the waiting room by 7:30am.
