I brought my car in today for routine maintenance. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I love my RAV4 hybrid but was very disappointed with the service rep I had today. I waited almost 1/2 hour for him. Battery was completely dead after 4 days without running car. I charged the battery at home to 90% .We took car to ascertain health of battery with possible replacement of battery. Dealer kept car for 5 hou car. I charged the battery at home to 90% .We took car to ascertain health of battery with possible replacement of battery. Dealer kept car for 5 hours and completed the rest of the charge from 90% and charged us approximately $60 to charge the remaining 10%. Dealer said I needed additional maintenance which I authorized but they didn't perform. Disappointing. More
