The customer service was not good. They ended up charging me more than originally promised for an oil change. Went in for test drive on a used camry, aged 16 years. The guy I was talking to before I came wasn't there when I got there so I got Juan. He wasn't polite, acted as if I was wasting his time. I tried to wiggle the price and he acted offended actually said "well they just won't sell you the car then". Decided to test drive and got back said I didn't like price ($5k for a 16 yr old car plus taxes and dealer fee was $800 LOOOOL). Juan went to the manager and they did refuse to sell me the car saying they found "a shopping list of things wrong". Wait. So if I hadn't tried to get a better price you will sell some sucker this car that has $6k worth of stuff wrong?? Please be aware! It's a 2005 Toyota camry LE, white with a moonroof. I was told it's got electrical things wrong and a bunch of other stuff (was told $6k worth of things wrong). It is 16 years old you stuck up jerks no one expects a perfect car. What they do expect is to be treated decently and this dealership does not deliver that. More

I am very tall and do not fit in most vehicles, especially those with moonroofs one of the best and most helpful sales associates I have worked with.
