Terrible service made appointment at 10:20 arrived at 10 asked a service member can he check how much longer he told me well we are all busy I can check later I said I had an appointment at 10:20 it’s not 1 asked a service member can he check how much longer he told me well we are all busy I can check later I said I had an appointment at 10:20 it’s not 12:20 he’s like yeah everyone has an appointment he was so rude I just walked away went and found my advisor Chris to check on it he came back and said they haven’t even started on it and it would be “next” in line. So I asked for my car back and left. It is very inconsiderate to schedule appointments then have someone waste over 2 hours of there time to be told that your car is next when I see my car sitting on the parking and no one is getting it. Such a disappointment today terrible customer service. Makes me regret even buying my car there. Because they obviously don’t care about their customers at all. More

I called to make this appointment since I couldn't find I called to make this appointment since I couldn't find the coupon on the website. The phone rep took my info and said the car needs an oil change a I called to make this appointment since I couldn't find the coupon on the website. The phone rep took my info and said the car needs an oil change and tire rotation. We scheduled 12:20 7/10/20 I pulled in a few minutes early but 10 cars were in front of me. I was directed to Ron. Ron informed me that I didn't need oil change but should have had tire alignment at 15k. He said I can get you out the door for $165. MY $50 OIL change canceled and now $165! But that wasn't the worst, though sure sounds like bait and switch. Ron then said we are running 1 hour behind tho we are trying to fit appointments in before those without. My car should be ready in 1.5 -2 hours. Have a seat inside. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! Now you may think I am overreacting but this is the SECOND time this has happened here. I left. Coggin Toyota has ZERO consideration of customers time. Crazy in this pandemic to just tell people to sit with others for 2 hours! No more business with them. More
