It was good service. Everything went normal as always. I used a $45 coupon for my oil change that included a tire rotation and a wash; however the car wash was not properly working so the service technician used a $45 coupon for my oil change that included a tire rotation and a wash; however the car wash was not properly working so the service technician had to run the car through several times (according to them) to get the half-wash in. Also I ended up paying $55 not $45 as promoted on the coupon, but it was an ok experience. More

Jahdiel was very courteous and so was Frank the shuttle driver. Frank made sure he told Jahdiel I changed my mind about the shuttle ( didn't want to bother taking my child's car seat out and back in) and J driver. One employee in particular ( Dmitri ), went above and beyond by crawling under the car ( in the rain, in his dress clothes) to help lower the spare tire to resolve the problem. His care and concern for our situation is sincerely appreciated. We look forward to a long relationship with Coggin’s Toyota. More
