I ordered my new 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE at the dealer after picking out all of t Most of my experience with Coggin Toyota was via email and the website. I ordered my new 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE at the dealer after picking out all of the add-ons I wanted. Jim Miller was excellent and they offered me the best out the door price of any of the dealers in the Northeast FL area. I am not sure how I feel about the finance department though. My quoted out the door price was almost exactly MSRP 36978.67 but my final price ended up being 42174.80. That supposedly paid for approximately 11 years of maintenance and service plus paint protection at a total cost of 5196.13 but does not include tires. If I have a significant battery issue in the next 11 years then the price will be worth it but if no issue comes up in that time then that was a lot of "on top of" costs. Don't get me wrong. My last car was a 1999 Toyota Corolla that I bought new and drove for 20+ years and I am very happy with the RAV4 thus far, just not sure I got the best deal I could have, thus the 4 stars. More
