Carl was very accommodating in getting me the service I needed, without inconvenience for parts not available. He kept me informed all along the way. Had to get my oil changed, wheel alignment and needed a speaker ordered that was crackling. I made a last minute appointment online and as soon as I pulled in to the garage I was greeted and taken to Mr. T speaker ordered that was crackling. Thomas was extremely courteous and receptive to all my needs and immediately got me taken care of. Thomas is also a fellow veteran and gave me a 10% discount without me even asking.
