SERVICE DEPT NIGHTMARE -- STAY AWAY!! We have been servicing our vehicles with Coggin Toyota for some years now. There was always an issue when we would pick up the car or truck. Misinform We have been servicing our vehicles with Coggin Toyota for some years now. There was always an issue when we would pick up the car or truck. Misinformation from the service writer and when we would confirm it with the mechanic, it was always a different story but this last trip took the cake. We were quoted $5436.32 for an oil pump replacement not including tax and shop fees!!!! When we asked for a breakdown of the service to see where this figure came from we were told they didn't have that information available. It wasn't until we became very insistent on obtaining this information that we were given a quote. This was on top of having multiple issues with our previous repair that they had to redo the job 3 times!!! This time we took the truck in for a simple oil change and it was a horrible experience trying to get the truck back. There is so much more to this story and the customer service there is so unprofessional especially when you confront them on their lies with documentation and voicemails. We took the truck across the street to Hodges Mazda and they were appalled by the estimate. They quoted us under $2900 for the same repair!!! Please go across the street to Hodges Mazda. They are very professional and don't leave engine oil stains all over your brand new leather interior after an inspection. More
