Required Service Good service despite confusion on who had my reservation. Service was completed in 1 hour, which is more than I expected. Did not received a summary of the car checkups, they normally provide. Despite doing tire rotation alignment and balancing I noticed all 4 tires have different tire pressures one above recommended level. Makes me feel uncomfortable with the quality of the job vs. Fast service. More

Toyota corp knows the problem but still selling the Tacoma and not working problem out with the customer. Expected to live with the vibration problem. I needed them to work with me on $400 but they wouldn’t and then turn and list the car I traded in for twice as much as they gave me. In my customer service experience the customer should be taken care of and I feel like they didn’t take look out for me. This is my first time at Coggin Toyota and it will be my last!!! More
