Water leak on satellite antenna versus windhield Arrived at 2 PM to have a possible headliner water leak assessed. Was not updated about my trucks status until 4 PM which was a couple of hours later Arrived at 2 PM to have a possible headliner water leak assessed. Was not updated about my trucks status until 4 PM which was a couple of hours later. I had to initiate an update from customer representative at the counter to get answer from the technician . As a customer, I was very frustrated in trying to obtain an honest answer. I also felt like all the factual finidings along with my pictures of water leaks did not even matter. It did seem one sided as Reben's voice escalated during several of his explanation as he demanded me to place my hand in the headliner and without first giving me a chance to explain what I was experiencing first hand. So we were brought outside to simulate the water leak with a pressure washer but as we headed towards the back there was a sly remark by one of the employees, "It's one of those days!" (*Noted) Upon completing and explaining where the water leak could have originated from, Tony (technician) gave us his professional opinion. As we headed back to checking out, I saw Tim entering Reuben's office and standing beside him and clearly heard, "You have one of those Customers......" After hearing Tim's statement and noticing him laughing I approached him and asked whether my situation is a laughing matter. Tim and Ruben denied and replied, "No we wouldn't do that." It was strikingly odd that when I entered Ruben's office the converstion got quiet then stopped. As my wife and I were getting ready to leave, I questioned Ruben's integrity about what he and Tim were talking about because I distinctly heard them. Ruben did in fact deny talking with Tim because he said he was busy entering information in the computer. It sure did not appear like that when they were both clearly engaged in conversation while moving their lips when the first words you hear are, You have one of those customers.........My wife and I decided to give you our business because we trusted you and because of the rating on the your website. At the end of our service we feel our experience definitely does not match up to your rating which we went by the internet. Now my quesion to you is how PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY are these employees of yours? More

Finance manager ridiculous, everyone else was great! My sales rep, Fred, was great. The sales manager, Dimitri, was great. We were straight forward with each other and able to cut to the chase quickly. T My sales rep, Fred, was great. The sales manager, Dimitri, was great. We were straight forward with each other and able to cut to the chase quickly. The finance manager was horrible. He was high pressure and wouldn’t take no for an answer, trying to sell me a warranty. He literally said, “you seem like a smart guy. I don’t get why you do don’t see the benefit of buying this warranty. You have money. You paid your last car off early. I can see that here on my screen.” He wouldn’t let it go. I was 3 seconds away from walking out. That’s when he said “give me a minute.”. He walked out and walked right back in and said, “Fine, just sign here declining the extended warranty...”. He was so angry. If the truck wasn’t already set up exactly the way I wanted it to be, I would have walked out 20 minutes earlier and paid more elsewhere. It was absolutely ridiculous. Again, Fred and Dimitri were great. It’s a shame they almost lost a deal because of the finance manager. If that truck wasn’t already set up perfectly for me I’d have left 20 minutes earlier and Fred and Dimitri would have lost a deal. I bought my truck from them in spite of the finance manager. More
