Absolutely the WORST service department of any dealership I’ve ever been to (and I used to work in the car industry after my military service). The first red flag is that their tech lied on their vehicle ins I’ve ever been to (and I used to work in the car industry after my military service). The first red flag is that their tech lied on their vehicle inspection and documented that my brake lights were functional when in fact 2 of the 3 are not due to an electrical issue. I brought this to the managers attention (Mathew) and his only response is that he’s talk to the tech and use it as a coaching opportunity. Since when is a persons safety simply a coaching issue? No concessions were made…nothing. Also stated I needed a brake fluid flush when I had just performed this weeks before. Point in case they lied. So I end up spending over 1400 to replace spark plugs and an o2 sensor and the CEL came on before I even left the dealership. Supposedly a bad but new plug they installed. At this point I’m not sure they even did the work they claimed to do in part or in full. Fast forward a week later the CEL is back on so I brought the car back in to be looked at only to be told that they are backed up and car wouldn’t even be looked at until next day (even though I scheduled an appointment). The lack of urgency from both the advisor and the service manager is unacceptable as they suggested I bring it back in a week or two when they are caught up. I urge anyone considering using this service department to take their car anywhere else if they want HONESTY and their vehicle fixed correctly and treated as a prioritized and valued customer.
