He worked incredibly hard to get a great deal not only once, but I ended up buying a second vehicle from him. And I was fully prepared to explore other options. The dealer experience was positive as well. They need more smiling sales people who love their job but I get it-selling cars is a harder job than it looks. But Zack was truly excellent and the dealer experience as a result was very positive through and through.
