Not a trustable service If they remove anything, they are not putting back properly. Itns not one time. One time they filled too much oil, it was giving more smoke...Recently they removed cabin air filter cover, they didn't put it back. It's been happening several times... The are things it's visible to us so we are asking them to fix. Imagine if it's anything related to engine or break? More

The stick shift taught me about good and not so good sounds a car can make. I drove automatic after 2002. When we moved to Florida on 2005, we bought our first Toyota . Soccer then we both have driven Toyota cars, usually. a Prius except for about one and one-half years. We came back to Toyota because of the service. Now that we have found Chris, we plan to stay with Coggin Toyota. I value the service and meeting Chris. I have confidence in his articulation of what needs to be done and why. More

Not that great experience Multiple misguiding quotes initially before start negotiations. After quoting the price, they came with actual price which is lot more the previous pr Multiple misguiding quotes initially before start negotiations. After quoting the price, they came with actual price which is lot more the previous prices they quoted. I have to re-negotiate price, which does not have muxh based on previous negotiations. After completing the negotiations, they asked get insurance. Once I added the vehicle on insurance, now they mentioned that I will not be eligible for promotion APR even I have exceptional credit. Which initially they mentioned I will be eligible for. Then I have to run around the banks to get the car loan. I should have dropped getting from here. As I was need in car and dont want to pay rental, I decided that will be rare scenario and went ahead. Once I paid there was no support. No one bothered to give keys, I had to wait for 20-30 mins to get the keys after paid everything. This is my personal experience, might not be with all. If you ask me, probably I might think twice to go back to them. More
