I can deal with that, but when my car was ready, I called and texted to have the shuttle pick me up and it never called or showed. The service advisor was pretty good to work with. More

Great first time visit at Coggin Toyota Usually I go to Arlington Toyota but when they informed me that they are only doing the Takata airbag recall repair Mon-Fri 7am-10am I had to go elsew Usually I go to Arlington Toyota but when they informed me that they are only doing the Takata airbag recall repair Mon-Fri 7am-10am I had to go elsewhere. Coggin has a much larger & nicer service waiting area cafe included, a more streamlined check in process and friendlier staff. Amanda was great as was the other service advisor who helped me whose name I unfortunately can't remember. My husband and I will be bringing our vehicles here from now on and I hope they poach more of Arlington Toyota's customers due to their unwillingness to prioritize this dangerous recall's customers needs.
