Honest, easy and quick I had a great experience until the end when they brought my car back to me. It was filthy. I was told on the phone a car wash was included and when I I had a great experience until the end when they brought my car back to me. It was filthy. I was told on the phone a car wash was included and when I arrived there was a sign on the curb that said complimentary car wash. I was then told i should have requested a car wash...??? The attendant asked Frank to run it through the car wash for me and he made it obvious he was too busy and irritated. He left with my car and brought it back wet but still filthy. Uhh....thanks?
