We started going to Arlington Toyoya after a few unpleasant experiences at Avenues. Even complaining to upper management at Avenues got us no where. so, we went Arlington where the service was excellent. Because Avenues is much closer for me I decided to give it another try. Happily today’s experience was totally different. The young woman who took my information was nice, efficient and punctual. So, Toyota Avenues has redeemed themselves in my eyes.
