I have worked with two Service Consultants since Summer 2018 and am very pleased with both Coggin Toyota of the Avenues is our trusted service center. I have worked with two Service Consultants since Summer 2018 and am very pleased with both. Hannah Lawwell helped us this time and was good at helping me understand the issue our vehicle had. We were given several options (which was great since the issue was costly to repair but necessary). After ordering parts (Lexus was slow to deliver) which took a while to get we were offered a rental car but declined since it really wasn’t needed. We will be back for continued service on our vehicle. Thanks Hannah for taking good care of us. More
