Hannah, my service tech today was awesome, very personable and nice. Obviously with 2 new cars there haven't been any issues so we will see down the road. My experience with the service department On Wednesday, November 14, I had my service appointment for our 2016 Corolla LE. This was the last complementary service for the car. My service repr On Wednesday, November 14, I had my service appointment for our 2016 Corolla LE. This was the last complementary service for the car. My service representative is Ruben, and he takes care of us very professionally and fairly. My rating has nothing to do with him per se it is in regard to the actual dealership sales department. We feel when we acquired this lease we did not have to do so. My wife and I feel that we should have a different vehicle and not be forced into a lease. It all had to do with a lousy Remote key, which we will discuss with the dealership upon the completion of this lease. If we would even consider purchasing the car that we have or another from the dealership, that is the reason why I put NO as a recommendation for this dealership at this particular point in time. More
