Service department I have had my car 5 months, took it in for it's first required maintenance. Got there at 8:50 appointment scheduled for 9 am didn't leave until 1 pm. I have had my car 5 months, took it in for it's first required maintenance. Got there at 8:50 appointment scheduled for 9 am didn't leave until 1 pm. Asked for car wash, car came back barely washed. Still can't get the Entunes to work properly. I wasn't showing up in appointment schedule when clearly on I was on there and proved it with email and text. I've never waited this long to get car checked and car wash. First Toyota never again. More

I called, got exactly the appointment time I needed, brought my Highlander in and they took care of the rest. The waiting area was spacious, well laid-out, clean and comfortable. I left for a time, they called to advise me my service was done. I returned and they drove my car to me; no waiting, no going out into the lot to search for my car. They gave me my receipt, I left to continue my busy day and that was it! Kudos!! More
