Also, when buying a used car, they leave the gas tank empty. It’s a small thing when buying something as expensive as a car, but who wants to have to stop at the gas station on the way home? When I mentioned the gas light was on when I was taking delivery of the car, my awesome sales person Kendrick, offered to pay for some gas out of his own pocket. Heck no I wouldn’t accept that, the dealer should put gas into it, not hard working salespeople. More

We appreciated that the sales people were not pushy and were able to answer our questions satisfactorily. Worked primarily with Kendrick Bibbs and Craig. Kendrick did a fantastic job and provided superior service. He went above-and-beyond by coming in on his day off (a Sunday, no less) to complete our sale. We really appreciated his easy-going sales approach and his product knowledge was great. Craig and Kendrick were better than I expected when it came to price negotiation. We felt that they represented the pricing as fairly as could be expected from a car dealership. The overall value from Coggin is not determinable...but this could be said of any dealership. Consumers can never accurately know if the deal they are getting is poor, average, or above average. I am only 100% positive that Coggin Toyota made a profit in our transaction. And thus far, we are satisfied with our vehicle. Thank you again to Kendrick for going the extra mile and thank you to Craig for working the numbers! More

Extra steps I never have any issues with the service department performance however this time was a little different. I came in for a basic oil change and tire I never have any issues with the service department performance however this time was a little different. I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation that as always goes smoothly, While I was having an excellent BLT at the lunch counter I was approached by the mechanic, Derek, performing the service and tire rotation on my car who recognized my name (as a repeat customer) he took a few extra steps to personally caution me that my Front brake pads are thin at 3mm And that he was recommending that I replace them and also noticed my wiper blades were old that he already took care of. His point was well taken, So I got with Ben my service contact and told him do the Pads as Derek suggested, along with the rotor resurfacing. Ben suggested that the brake fluid be changed. I really appreciate those extra steps he took for purposes of my safety. Stuff like that has a thousand glowing edges For Toyota in general and specifically your dealership Thank you PS.
