Awful service department The service department here is an complete embarrassment. I dropped my truck off Wednesday to be repaired and get a call later that day saying they al The service department here is an complete embarrassment. I dropped my truck off Wednesday to be repaired and get a call later that day saying they also found a nail in the back tire that could not be patched. After telling the advisor i was getting larger tires in a few days anyways and not to worry about it he gave a major attitude and said “you’ve been warned!” And hung up. I called back later to check the status and the lady said the advisor had left for the day and it was in the system as pending so not ready for pickup yet. I was concerned since I had a rental and rental was due back in the morning and wanted to ensure I wasn’t keeping it from another customer. It sat there from Wednesday to saturday in the exact same spot and I just so happened to call Saturday to check on it and he said it has been ready since Wednesday. No call or nothing. So here I am paying for this unnecessary rental while my vehicle sits. The manager on duty Saturday was extremely rude and the service advisor Ron as well. I emailed the general manager about this and of course no response. I would greatly appreciate a return email if anything please. More
