New car purchase Now that my husband's new truck is in the shop two days after purchase and he's being told it could be 4 days to replace a sensor I have an issue. We were pressured into completing this survey before he even went to the finance office. Today the salesman should have been more involved with service to make sure this was taken care of timely. So I felt this survey needed to be edited. I still believe the deal he received could have been better I now believe the customer service needs some work as well. More

Excellent service department I went there to have a couple of spare keys made for my car and while I was there, I inquired about a recall that was taking place regarding the airba I went there to have a couple of spare keys made for my car and while I was there, I inquired about a recall that was taking place regarding the airbags on my car and I explained that I had asked other dealers and was informed that the part wasn’t available yet. The person who was helping me then went out of his way to check and see if the parts were indeed available and that they were going to take care of the issue as well so that I would not have to make a return trip. He really took the time to check on my inquiry instead of just giving me the same response that I had received from other Toyota dealers in the area, and I genuinely appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I will definitely recommend this dealership to other people after the excellent service I received while I was there. More

Always a good experience I traded in my 2016 Camry for a 2018 Camry and they were able to meet the offer I expected, no hidden charges, very up front and easy to work with. The sales rep and the finance rep were friendly and explained everything pretty well. The only thing they almost overlooked what that I purchased the protection plan for the interior leather and carpet which requires a treatment be applied, but they didn’t tell me that, so I almost left without the treatment. I happened to ask the sales rep about a Care Kit type of thing for the car and then he asked me if I added the protection plan and i said yes, then he said “oh then we need to take it around and get treatment applied.” There seems to be a gap on communication there between finance (where I purchased the protection plan) and sales (who needs to arrange the treatment). I let the sales rep know. They quickly got it resolved. Overall it was a good experience but as with any car buying venture - ask about everything so nothing gets missed and you’re fully informed. More
