Best Sales Experience I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime, but none quite like this. Zack Salem which was my Salesman or should I say, my Consultant helped me fin I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime, but none quite like this. Zack Salem which was my Salesman or should I say, my Consultant helped me find the best vehicle that fit my budget. I told what I was looking for and what my budget was and after a few test drives, I found the one I wanted and when we went back into the office to discuss the price and my pmts were within $10 of were I needed to be. I was happy and was ready to sign. Zack had told me we may be about $15 to $20 higher than were I was trying to be as far as payments, because I had picked a vehicle out that was a little more expensive than what I initially had wanted and I completely understood since I was aware before we went back to his office. He showed me all the features of the vehicle once again before I left and I came home a happy person. All car deals should work out this way. Thanks for all your help! More

Bait and switch We had looked at a used 2016 Corolla at your dealership. We were very interested and our granddaughter was thrilled. Mike called Kendrick this morning and he was assured the car was still on the lot. We went to get the car and take it to our mechanic to have it checked out. When we got to Coggin we were told the Kendrick wasn't there. He finally showed up and said he was at Starbucks. He is on his computer and then tells us he has bad news. That the car was sold. We are both very irritated. He says he has another car for us to look at. If our granddaughter didn't have her heart set on that Corolla we would have walked. He assures me the other car is the same color, price, and same mileage. When he shows us the car it is a different color. We feel like we were lied to and we will NEVER buy a car from this salesman or dealership. These are the kinds of people and places that make people dislike buying a car. More
