Two weeks after putting down my deposit, Sean called saying the vehicle was in and everything was ready when we went to pick up the vehicle. Had a scheduled appointment with service to replace my power steering hose. Arrived and they removed the power steering hose. Then they didn’t have the part. Offered me a rental until they could repa power steering hose. Arrived and they removed the power steering hose. Then they didn’t have the part. Offered me a rental until they could repair mine, then just replaced my old hose. Said they should have it the next day. I left with my vehicle. I called my service advisor twice the next day and left messages and never heard back. Disappointed that I spent my afternoon and didn’t get my vehicle repaired and then no one responded to my calls the next day. I shall see how this pans out. I will call again Monday. More
