Very satisfied with my car itself. However, I did not receive car mats and the passenger side hubcap was scratched and I was told they could not replace it because of the great deal I received on the car receive car mats and the passenger side hubcap was scratched and I was told they could not replace it because of the great deal I received on the car. My buyers order said it was $14,351 and when we signed the contract it jumped all the way to $20,000. I was told I was getting a service package for free which was incorrect according to the contract. Still a little confused and still waiting on a payoff on my trade in. I would recommend coggin Toyota for the fact that it was an easy negotiation and friendly service. More
