We came to Coggin Toyota after spending time shopping for a new (used) car online. We were looking for a Ford Expedition in particular after narrowing our search of vehicles in that class. Coggin Toyota had two used Expeditions listed online that we were interested in. The one we selected was ultimately newer and had fewer miles on it. Julius met us on the lot within a few minutes of us getting out of our car and took care us from that point on. He was great, very personable, had good knowledge about the vehicle despite it being a Ford, while we were at a Toyota dealership. He showed off the car well, answered all of our questions and ultimately got us all squared away with our new car. Ray handled our finance paperwork and was also great to work with. The whole experience was very relaxed for us, as relaxed as buying a car can be I suppose. More

I worry that if I express just how much I was impressed by this dealership readers will think me insincere or with ulterior motives. Really though, I just had such a fabulous experience here, following a dismal experience at another dealership, that I am actually grateful to Coggin for selling me a vehicle without all the hassle. People, vehicle purchases don't need to be like negotiating an international peace treaty! It seems that Coggin's business model focuses on moving volume rather than fleecing buyers. I wasn't stuck waiting for my salesperson to return with the response from a shadowy back-room sales manager - the sales manager came to me with entirely acceptable figures already on paper. Further negotiations lasted less than 5 minutes and I was ready to move to financing. And financing! I already had financing prepared, but the dealership was able to beat the already unheard-of low rate I had secured with about half the the paperwork of a bank loan. Everyone at Coggin was friendly but not "salesman friendly." Genuinely pleasant to talk to. And they all knew their product, a sadly rare quality in car dealerships these days. I will definately return to Coggin for my next purchase and recommend them to anyone I hear is car shopping. A great, great experience. More
