I spent almost an entire month looking for a very specific vehicle. After feeling jerked around by a few local dealerships, I decided to expand my search nationwide. It was on eBay (of all places) th specific vehicle. After feeling jerked around by a few local dealerships, I decided to expand my search nationwide. It was on eBay (of all places) that I discovered Coggin Toyota. I received prompt replies from Juan, the internet sales manager, after sending a couple of inquiries. He and the Used Sales Manager, Jeff, spent a good amount of time with me over the phone trying to work things out. By the end of that same day, I decided to pull the trigger on a car I had never seen in person... I was a bit nervous. Having already been approved for financing through my own bank, Coggin Toyota was able to match (AND BEAT) my already very good interest rate. Several days later, I flew into FL take delivery of the car. Christine, the finance manager, worked quickly and efficiently to prepare my paperwork and set me on my way. A hiccup came when uneven tire tread led to loud and uncomfortable driving on the highway. I, naturally, became immediately concerned about the entire transaction, and promptly called the dealership to express my concern. They seemed genuinely intent to resolve the matter, and within another 24 hours, Coggin Toyota made accommodations for the inconvenience. We all know that I bought that car "as is", but they did the right thing anyway. The bottom line: I live in Minnesota, and bought a car in Florida. I flew myself and a friend down, and STILL saved enough money to justify the trip. And to top it off, the staff at Coggin Toyota went the extra mile to keep me a happy customer. Despite the distance, I'd consider buying from them again... maybe next time I can enjoy the beach for a while! Thank you all! More

I feel very screwed. I went in looking for a great car for my money and walked out with a VERY basic car with no upgrades. The upgrade promised has yet to be installed after a month. When I got there, the original sales guy (Nick) dumped me off to Britt, because he said he had a date for dinner with his girlfriend...seriously? Anyhow, I set out to receive a car with the convenience package and possibly a navigation package, but settled for the convenience package,so I thought. Instead, he sold me some mirror back up camera that I still haven't seen. I rated the price as BAD since the upgrade promised has not been delivered as of yet. More
