I was greeted promptly at Service entrance and waited for scheduled maintenance. Service writer was thorough and professional. My wait was exactly 3 hours, but I had several items which needed attention so scheduled maintenance. Service writer was thorough and professional. My wait was exactly 3 hours, but I had several items which needed attention so I consider that to be reasonable. Pricing is expensive, but that is to be expected at a dealership.
