We spent two frustrating days dealing with the stereotypical hard-sell, game playing that card dealers are known for, at Lighthouse Toyota in St.Augustine. After looking online, I saw that Coggin had the car my son was looking for. My husband called and spoke to Katherine and told her exactly what we wanted and what our bottom line price was. After two calls from Lee and Eric about our trade in, and to confirm a price, a deal was made over the phone. No pressure to up-sell or add accessories we weren't interested in. It just doesn't get any easier than that! When we picked up the car the next day, we were greeted by Tony and Adam. Both were friendly, courteous and prefessional. Adam walked us through each step of the purchase and then we finialized the paperwork with Sheila. EVERYONE was AWESOME! They went above and beyond just doing their job to make us feel appreciated as customers, and welcomed us to call or come back in anytime if we had a problem. Sherry was extremely helpful and courteous. The small issues I had were out of her control (detailing of vehicle - Took 3 times to have it detailed before I could take home. I did not feel pressured or rushed, yet he also was available for immediate help when I needed it. Whenever he needed to go to the back to discuss pricing or other details of the sale, he was always back on the floor within five minutes with all of my questions answered. The only disappointment and unsatified is with canceling the optional service contract. I have been told that If I cancel the optional service contract(I signed for this when I financed through toyota finan the optional service contract.
