My wife and I visited Coggin Toyota, after a friend reccomended them, to look for a replacement vehicle for her. Chris was great to deal with. Chris and Cougan do what they say. They are very customer friendly. Chris helped me out on a key issue I had. I had to have the locks looked at by a locksmith. The well-advertised "19-point Inspection" service at Coggin Toyota is apparently not delivered as guaranteed. Coggin mechanics didn't even bother to look under the hood, much less determine whether 19 separate points had passed. Watch out for them! More

My wife and I had purchased a pre-owned '07 Avalon from Coggin about a month ago.We were very pleased with the initial sales and service to us. But a week ago, we discovered a problem with the car that only the GM would be able to handle. We met with Mr Surguine, explained the problem and let him respond. It seems that an honest mistake had been made in selling us the car and Mr Surguine apologized and offered to take back the car and work with us to get another car. He suggested that Nick show us their '08 models and then we could work out a deal. Nick did an excellent job and we picked out a Avalon that my wife wanted. Mr Surguine made us an outstanding offer on the car and one that was well within our budget. We happily drove off in a brand new car! Coggin Toyota at the Avenues seems like one big happy family among their employees and with first class service, no wonder they do so much business! We would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used vehicles. We came to them from our home 90 miles away and were not disappointed. More

My one word of advice is to handle your financing before you arrive because our experience with the financing department was less than satisfying. We were pushed more to buy the $1,000 warranty than we were to buy the $30,000 car. Otherwise, our entire experience was wonderful and we are very happy with our new car. Thanks, Eric! More

Chris is prob. the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very friendly to myself and gf. Basically his customer service sold me the car.
