The service advisor was outstanding! This was my first time going to this dealership. I had an oil change and engine filter service. I left the dealership thinking everything was okay, until the system of my car started to shut down. I I had an oil change and engine filter service. I left the dealership thinking everything was okay, until the system of my car started to shut down. I barely made it back to the dealership after creeping down a busy roadway at 5 mph. When I got back, and my car went back to service, I was told that a new service worker worked on my car. He apparently forgot to put a piece back in place, which caused my car to shut down. Since that traumatic experience, I have been trying to speak to a store manager, and I have had no success. More
