Arrived at 12:15 for a 12:20 appointment. Was there for an oil change, filter and tire rotation. They did their total check on brakes, tread depth, fluids, etc. it was finished by 12:45. 1 Star — Classic Bait and Switch This was by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I negotiated a specific sales price with the Sales Manager--Bryan Gering, but the price changed — and they worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I negotiated a specific sales price with the Sales Manager--Bryan Gering, but the price changed — and they did not disclose those changes before I signed the final contract with Mark Wooten. When I questioned it, no one gave a straight answer, not even Speight Williams, and they refused to acknowledge the mistake even though I have both the signed deal sheet and the final contract. There was zero transparency or accountability, and I was passed around without resolution. I can only imagine how many customers they’ve done this to without anyone noticing. Future buyers: take a photo of the signed deal sheet, compare it carefully to the final contract, and don’t sign until everything matches. This was a classic bait and switch, and I would not recommend Coggin to anyone. I'm seriously considering taking legal action. More

My husband and I made the drive from Miami to Jacksonville specifically for our Toyota Sienna, and we’re genuinely glad we did. Jim Miller gave us the best price we could find anywhere and was un Jacksonville specifically for our Toyota Sienna, and we’re genuinely glad we did. Jim Miller gave us the best price we could find anywhere and was unbelievably quick to respond – usually within minutes. He was always available and made everything easy for us. After we put down a $500 deposit, Jim kept us in the loop, and as soon as our car arrived he let us know right away. We drove up, and in just an hour and a half the paperwork was done and we were headed home in our Toyota Sienna. Huge thanks to Jim for making the whole process fast and stress-free! We also want to thank Mark Wootan in finance – he made the numbers work for us and the final part of the deal was smooth. Honestly, we’ll be recommending Jim to all our Russian-speaking friends. I have bought a lot of new cars in my life and you get worn out of the tactics the dealers employ. I worked with a salesperson named Zack McIntyre at Coggin Toyota and I can only commend this individual, and ultimately the dealer for having him on staff. He worked incredibly hard to get a great deal not only once, but I ended up buying a second vehicle from him. And I was fully prepared to explore other options. The dealer experience was positive as well. They need more smiling sales people who love their job but I get it-selling cars is a harder job than it looks. But Zack was truly excellent and the dealer experience as a result was very positive through and through. Congrats to Coggin Toyota and to Zach - Consider me positively impressed, but more important, very happy. And I love the cars. More
